It’s finally here at last – our long awaited trip of the year 2009.

1. Flight

2. Itinerary
10 Dec 2009 – One of the most important thing that we have to prepare before the trip. So many places to be packed into 15 days! Lots of researching was done to ensure that we had everything planned before leaving. |

3. Accommodation
18 Nov 2009 – JR did all the selections and reservations of hotels this time round. We will be staying at 6 different hotels in total. |

4. ESTA application
27 Nov 2009 – Submitted our Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) applications. |
|
|
5. Travel Insurance 27 Nov 2009 – Bought our travel insurance from AIG for 17 days for S$128 each. |

6. Internet Check In
09 Dec 2009 – CHECKED IN! Zoe told me that we can select our seats online once we have our booking reference number but was disappointed to know that we are not eligible to select our seats before the check in as the selection is only available to those who have bought their tickets online! Nevertheless, we had managed to select our seats and checked in via SIA Online Check In which can only be done up to 48 hours before the flight. The flight to San Francisco is so FULL! There were only 5 – 6 seats available when we checked in.

7. Packing up
10 Dec 2009 – Finally completed our packing. We are now all prepared for the trip.
