We had our annual CNY departmental lunch at Secret Recipe @ Changi Airport Terminal 3.

Charissa’s chocolates from Candy Empire… She got them while waiting for our food to arrive.

Irish Lamb Stew – Tender lamb shank slow cooked with seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs. Serves with baked mashed potates. Both Ziyang and Chun Boon had this.

Tom Yum Spaghetti – Spaghetti with stir-fried tom yum minced chicken, chillies and Thai spices. Slightly spicy with oomph.

Caribbean Style Catch of the Day – Catch of the day with cream sauce served with green salad
