FGV & MBS had organised a networking dinner for us at the end of our 3rd day of the workshop. It was held at one of the famous steakhouses in Rio de Janeiro.

I had thought the restaurant served steak but it was actually serving Brazilian Churrascaria, similar to the Carnivore restuarant we have in Singapore. Churrascaria is Portuguese for barbecue. Meat will be served by knife-welding Passadors, who slice the meat from large skewers onto the plates.

Everyone crowding around the sushi bar… we were all craving for non-Brazilian food… hahaha

Sushi!!!

Salad

Meat

and more meat.

Fried banana
