14:00 Singapore Changi Airport

Was in office in the morning to clear all my work and took urgent ½ day to catch the afternoon flight to Seoul. I went straight home to get my luggage before heading off to the airport. As I showed up for the flight at the last minute, I was told by the airport counter staff that I might not have any inflight meals. Oh dear! I had not even have my lunch yet.

The flight was quite empty and I had the whole row of seats to myself.

LUNCH! I was given lunch. I finished the whole thing.

Pan roasted chicken with mushroom onion sauce, seasonal vegetables and rosemary garlic potatoes

10:35 PM (KST) Incheon(ICN) International Airport

I supposed that the plane was parked at the end of the airport. I had to take the airport shuttle train to the Passenger Terminal.

11:10 PM Leaving Incheon(ICN) International Airport

Finally left the airport after clearing customs.

There are service officers at the taxi stand outside the airport. They got an organge cab (international cab) for me. I was told that the cab fee will be around 55k won. It was a long ride to the hotel.

00:10 AM Grand Hyatt Seoul

Arrived at the hotel after an hour. The cab fee was 46k + 7.7k (Toll Fee) = 53.7k won, almost 55k won!

Got my room key from the hotel reception. JR was in the room when I arrived. He had fled in Seoul from Taipei much earlier than me.

JR having dinner. He ordered Samgyetang, simmered chicken stuffed with rice with ginseng broth. No photo taken as JR was too anxious to eat when the food arrived.

Crumpled bedsheet…

I was hungry too so we ordered another set of meal.

Kalbi gui, barbecued Hanwoo bee ribs with soy and garlic.

Ate the expensive agnès b chocolates.
