The last entry into The Roman Baths is 17: 25 PM. We were lucky that we made it else it would be a wasted trip. The Roman Baths is a site of historical interest in the city of Bath. The house is a preserved Roman site for public bathing in the 19th century.
Introduction to The Roman Site
The Terrace overlooking The Great Bath.
The terrace is lined with statues of Roman governors of the province of Britannia, as Britain was known, and Roman emperors with particular connections to Britain.
The Spring Overflow, where surplus water from the Spring, not used in the baths, flows out to a Roman drain.
The Great Bath was the centrepiece of the Roman bathing establishment. It is 1.6 metres deep, filled with hot water directly from the Sacred Spring.
Another bath…
Hot room, laid with mosaics.
The pillars of tiles supported the floor of the heated room in the bath house.
>.< I had to visit the toilet again before leaving. Poor me…
18:00 PM Leaving Bath
Back to our car…
19:30 PM Dinner
It was a long ride back to London. The ride was worse with a stomachache! I tolerated the pain until we stopped at a rest stop along the way for petrol and dinner.
Fish & Chips
Big Daddy meal from KFC.
We continued back to London after I visited the toilet…
We finally arrived in London after 9 PM. As planned, we drove along the famous attractions (Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Big Ben, etc.) before returning the car. I didn’t manage to capture any nice photos as it was difficult to take clear photos in a moving car at night.

We returned the car at London Euston Car Park and dropped the key into Alamo Car Rental key box. Goodbye! We walked over to ibis London Euston St. Pancras hotel, which we would be staying for a night.
It was a simple room. There are free movies but we didn’t really watched much as we were busy packing and were tired.
