Chicken & Ginseng Porridge

Jay picked us up at 11 AM and he drove us in his SIL’s car to the southern part of Seoul. He dropped us off at CoEx and went off to run some errants. We shopped while waiting for Jay to pick us up.

14:20 PM Yeontabal 연타발

Jay finally came back to pick us up for lunch. He brought us to a nearby Korean BBQ restaurant, famous for intestines.

What will we be having?

Cow stomach and daechang (대창, large intestines).

Both JR & I do not eat such things usually but Jay was telling us that they were delicious and we should try them. They were extremely chewy and tasted fatty. They doesn’t taste bad but a bit too chewy to swallow and bits were stuck in my braces… yucks!

Jay ordered this as we didn’t enjoy the BBQ “meat” that he ordered.

We accompanied Jay back to return the car to his SIL.
