It’s JR’s birthday again! This year, we decided to keep it simple by having lunch at Royal China @ Raffles. I had made reservations for 2 about a week earlier because it was New Year’s eve.
The restaurant was very empty when we were seated. JR had wanted to add 2 more seats for MIL and JZ at the last minute but they said the restaurant was full.

The restaurant was still empty when we left. We wondered why they refused to give us a bigger table so MIL and Jack could join us. The food was also not really that fantastic as recommended by others.
